Maori are the indigenous people of New Zealand and also the name of their language. See the Wikipedia entry and Maori.org.nz. The 7MB download is available from Microsoft. You should also get the Service Pack 2 for the Office 2003 Language Interface Pack. There's a useful page here to help entering the macron characters needed in Maori. We've not tried it but this Word macro to convert dates into Maori looks interesting.
