ULTIMATE OFFICE

'Ultimate Office' isn't the title of a new game or movie, it's the name of a new package of Office 2007 programs.

Office 2007 Ultimate Edition will contain all the Office 2007 programs in a single bundle. Not just Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook but also apps like Visio, OneNote and InfoPath that are normally available
separately or in corporate licenses. Groove, the Office 2007 collaboration tool, will also included be in the Ultimate edition.

The Office team have taken a page from the Windows group who have announced an 'Ultimate Edition' of Windows Vista that will include all the bells and whistles that are various spread across cheaper versions of Vista.

Office 2007 Ultimate Edition will retail for US$679 but you can expect cheaper prices from the usual suspects.
